TBA Street Fair Rained Out Due to a huge rainstorm on May 26th, the TBA annual raffle took place indoors at the YMCA. Several police officers from the 17th Precinct were on hand for the event, including Sgt. Horohue who pulled the names for our raffle drawing. All the lucky winners have been notified either by phone or by mail.
The Turtle Bay Association is a nonprofit (501c3) community organization.
